Well, i want to loose weight. I want to look good for my continuation wich is in May i think.. and i want to loose weight so bad. :( can you please help? What should i do, eat, and trying to do that in my house? I love dancing, and loosing weight would be a miracle for me. Counting that im tall, makes me look like a freakin giant! and i dont want to be like that. So i would appreciated if you helped. Thank you!

being tall is a great ting- and it will certainly help you loose weight as taller people generally have heighr metabolism rate.
i suggest you to not do anything drsatic. bc drastic actions also has drastic turn backs.
cut down on bread- but do not cut it off totally. and try not to eat junk food. but once in 2 weeks, you can have a treat. try to not eat dessert.instead try to eat fruit and maybe diet ice cream. eat plenty of veggies and drink plenty of water. take mineral and vitamin supplements as you will not be getting enough of them during dieting. and without enough minerals and vitamins, your body will not function as it should be.
but most important, exercise. do not go hardcore as it is dangerous. start with walking 20 mins a day. then see if you can improve till 60 mins.
and sit ups!!! they will tone you up like hell. but do not go hardcore with these either bc you will bulk up otherwise.
and try not to put any pressure on yourself.
weight is just a number.
what will make you look beautiful is your smile and your joyfull eyes.
these two are the most attractive things in my eyes.

i get that you want to loose weight just make sure you don't do anything drastic like throwing up or not eating at all ok. i do activities that are physical so i think i know some good tips for you.
-go for a 1 mile walk after school or run on a tredmill for 30minutes or more everyday.(strech first) (go with some friends. ) -before you go to bed a minimum 20 crunches and a minimum 15 pushups
-watching what you eat is always a good thing. and you could also learn to cook healthy things for yourself.
-do knee ups mabe 20 times per leg.
- what may really help is starting somthing like matial arts or kickboxong - both are amazing and it really keeps you weight down and its alot of fun.
- jumping rope. it is also good for your heart.
- if you like to dance try joining a studio if you haven't already and do some training and make it fun.
- try lifting little weights like 5-8 lbs. 100x per arm also before bed.
-have protien, eat fruit .
- one of the best foods to eat when you want to loose weight would deffinetly be fish. i know someone who lost over20 lbs. eating fish and excerising.

i hope some of this is helpful to you. but i can say that the best way to loose weight is to make it fun and have a good time. i know you can do this.

what worked for me is , eating small portions "only when I am hungry" . Listen to the stomach not the mind when it comes to food . Don't forget to supplyment with essential vitamins.
Do something all the time which does'nt remind you of food like exercise and keep yourself busy physically .
Also Metformin works if your doctor can prescribe .
If you have the desire you will loose weight . be happy all the time , coz depression causes people to gain even more weight.

Your goal seems VERY achievable. You have untill May this is plenty of time.
You need to keep track of your daily calorie intake, then burn more than you eat. Very easy.
The hard part is finding out exactly how many calories a certain excercise burns, but that is all on the net, and most machines at a good gym.
You need to want it. Simple. Not like everyone would want a million dollars, I mean you have to want it like a dying man who wishes for an extra day of lie, REALLY WANT IT.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Not sure how heavy you are...but as long as your BMI is under 25, you a healthy weight. I am 5"10" and 200 lbs. I am also well proportioned and do not look "fat" but I should get down to about 174 to be at a BMI of 25. I am working on it by exercising, and not eating after 6pm, NOTHING.

i don't know if this will help you or not but let's start a weightloss ring... i'm sure there are enough ppl here who wanna lose weight too.. i have a 6 month weight loss tracker site you can download one too.. i'm not good at dieting alone and my sis and i started a GREAT diet 5 years ago and then she left.. i quit dieting.. no support.. we lost 10 lbs each the first week without exercising!! it was all in the food!!

You got it girl, just try and cut greasy food, (and sugar is a big one) out of your diet, try and eat alot of vegetables, and if you start craving some sugar eat some fruit, (they have natural sugars) that will help alot. Plus if your not an excercising type just try and go for walks, daily walks will help, even if its just a little bit of excercise a day. Also if your into salads stay away from the creamy dressings like ranch and ceaser and stick with the vinigery/oil ones like italian.

I personally just lost 40 pounds on Jenny Craig in 5 months. They just help you eat right and get you to excersice! But I advice all that Jenny Craig is a little pricey but it works!!!
