My husband's grandpa turns 80 this week, so we are combining his birthday with Thanksgiving - and his family is coming from Texas and Washington (we live in Oregon). There'll be about 60 people.
We are having 3 hams, 3 turkeys, stuffing, rolls, gravy, bean casserole, rice, and all the items that go with Thanksgiving. I'm making a Turkey, and 2 sweet potato pies. So yeah, between that, and still needing to do Thanksgiving with his mom and my parents, I'm having Thanksgiving 3 times!

Me! For the second time in a week. We hosted one dinner last week, and going to the other side of the family for dinner on Friday. More turkey! More stuffing! More mashed potatoes!
I'm making a stuffed bread, and a pecan pie to take over there.
