I don't know how to make the cheesecake part, but I do know how to make the crust. Crush a couple pkgs of graham crackers, then mix with some melted butter until you get the right consistency that you are looking for. When I made it last week, I used about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup melted butter. Then form that into your pie pan.

Good Luck!!

1 1/2 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Melted Butter

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes; cool and fill.
Eight minutes is all you'll need to make this sweet and tangy strawberry cheesecake.

8-Minute Cheesecake

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced

1. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until softened; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Gently fold in non-dairy whipped topping, blending well.
2. Spoon into prepared graham cracker crust and chill. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
