Why didn't you ask this along with your first question about this jewelry?
So many people are worried about what is "in" rather than just going for what they like.
I like the look on some people but others it doesn't suit them. I have a labret and monroe and have tried a cbr in my labret and it just didn't do it for me. So I didn't bother trying the circular barbell just for that reason.
All you can do is try it and see what you think. If you like it then keep it, if not switch to something else.
Edited to add: All the links you gave are of the same type of jewelry, a circular barbell or horseshoe. The last link looks like surgical stainless steel, one of the best types of metal you can use.

Yes, that is the jewelry that girl is wearing. Its called a circular barbell and you can find them at many stores; online and in malls. The kind she is wearing is just a different metal/polish than what you showed pictured.

Those are two good sites to find quality body jewelry.
Most lip piercings will not be pierced with that type of jewelry, but once its healed, you may wear whatever you like (labret studs, CBRs, circular barbells, curved barbells, etc.)

they're the same type of ring (circular barbells to be precise), but they're different kinds of metal from what she is wearing and the other picture you posted - choice of metals for jewellery is down to whether you're allergic to certain types of material.
if you were planning on buying lip jewellery, i can VERY highly recommend the following site, i'm in the uk but still use it for all of my jewellery because they beat the pants off the uk sites for both cost, speed of delivery, and choices of jewellery:

for a new lip piercing you will want a '14g' size ring/bar unless your piercing was done at a smaller non-standard size.

while you're donning a ring you alter it to point a Labret till this nicely-healed. as quickly as you have it precise, even slightly greater time "i propose you to attend a minimum of three months" will ask you to pierce you're taking the degree of your lip ring to ensure which you would be able to pass precise.

That's what she's wearing, but you don't have to wear that.
They have short straight ones, too.
