Small amouns of protein in the urine is a variation of normal and protein in certain situations such as after vigorous exercise or with a urinary tract infection is common. The question is whether this is present all the time or only in certain situations, how much protein is present, and whether or not there are any other potential abnormalities. If you feel well do not concern yourself at present but have it checked again in 1 month.

Don't know too much about it, but here is what I do know. Finding protein in urine could be a sign of something wrong with your kidneys. I had a test done to determine if I had protein in my urine, they did the test because I had high blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure it could effect your kidneys, and that's when the protein comes in effect. Wish I could help you more. Good luck.
