You can find any number of options at All Recipes.com or RecipeZaar. Just type in specific fruit you have on hand plus the word salad and you'll have at least 10 per search. There is also a lovely site for traditional tea style fruit salads sited below.

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
freshly ground pepper

Here is one that is simple and is always a hit when I serve it.
2 cans fruit cocktail
1 can mandarine oranges - drained
1 can pineapple tidbits - drain about half the juice
2 bananas thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding (lemon pudding works well also)
mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add pudding and mix. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Warning - this makes a pretty good sized batch

You can just cut up any type of fruit you like and toss all together in a bowl. If you want you can drizzle juice from an orange over it. Of course if you are going to do apples and bananas add them right before serving as they will brown.
I like different types of melons, strawberries, grapes. I let watermelon and strawberries drain in the colander after cutting up so I don't have a bunch of "water" at the bottom of the bowl.

i hav a good suggestion.. try it
Candied Walnut, Pear and Goat Cheese Salad
1 cup walnut halves
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon sugar
5 cups baby lettuce greens or torn mixed lettuce greens
2 cups arugula leaves, torn
1 small red bell pepper, seeded, stemmed and silvered
2 pears, cored and cubed
1 1/2 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
In a heavy, nonstick skillet melt the sugar around the almonds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat immediately and quickly spread onto foil-covered surface to cool. Break apart, if necessary.
Combine the lettuce, bell pepper, pears, cheese, and the candied walnuts in serving bowl and toss to coat with vinaigrette.
Season with salt and pepper as desired and serve.
Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon minced shallot
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and the shallot. Add the oil in a stream, whisking until it is emulsified. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 6 servings.
