This is not possible. The SMS has to be routed through the network operator`s short message centre (SMSC). These can be connected to the Internet via systems called ESMEs and some systems allow SMS to be delivered through these. But a box attached to your computer to send an SMS to your phone is not possible. One issue is that the radio channel is encrypted with a key you have no access to.
