Though I find this to be utterly discussing I though that this question needed a real answer other than how discussing it is. I think you should check out a columnist named Dave Savage, whom I think is a hilarious genius. This is more his field than yahoo questions is. This is a quote I found in his online column; The Stranger…“Various studies have shown that somewhere between two and four percent of women have had sex with animals (the numbers are higher for men), and most, like you, were messing around with family pets during their formative years. While the percentage may sound small, it actually represents a huge number of women--somewhere in the neighborhood of 4.5 million women in the United States and Canada.”
Yes, I think you can get diseases, but I’m not sure exactly what. I know Savage Love will know.

I would say yes. Venereal Disease (VD) from what I have heard, came from people having sex with animals. Heck, that Shepard be out with the sheep for many days and, well, things started looking good I guess.

Diseases in dogs can only be passed to other dogs.
HOWEVER... It is very possible for someone to get a serious
bacterial infection by having sexual contact with a dog.

No; dogs do have diseases that are transmitted to one another via intimate contact, but these diseases are "species specific" - meaning they only affect dogs. There are some illnesses that dogs can transmit to people, like rabies or intestinal parasites, but intercourse is not one.
I'm just.. not going to ask anymore questions.

i find it very hard to believe that any dog would have that kinda of a relationship with a human , it's in thier dna only to have sex with there own kind , and i would call that animal abuse if a person were to try and force a dog to og there .
