Yes-just let it set until it is workable it will be fine. BTW eggs and other goodies frozen by the fridge will be fine to use as well.
Before you call the Technician - Pull the fridge from the wall vacuum behind cleaning all the coils and empty the drain pan. Also check your book for trouble shooting (it may be available on line) it could be as simple as clearing a blocked vent inside the fridge. Doing a few self checks can save you a $200 tech call where they do exactly this and you feel totally jipped.

The cream cheese would be OK but the sour cream would not. I hope that you are using cream cheese as well and not that much sour cream. that would be kinda weird. if you are making one with sour cream can you email me the recipe

Yes, just thaw it out in the microwave 30 sec with power level 4. Keep you eye on it since some microwave heat up more than others. Otherwise, let it set out for two hours.

No when cream freezes, it separates and wont set right. Start with some new cream from the store.

Uhhh don't use SOUR cream in your cheese cake. You want CREAM cheese. I wouldn't use either if it had been frozen/thawed.
