very light creamy colour almost white - I thought!
But wait........just found this bit ..................'The city's manufacturers like Niederegger still guarantee their Marzipan to contain two thirds almonds by weight, which results in a juicy, bright yellow product'
So to conclude - the more almond content the more yellow it becomes

Pink, with bigs spots on. Oh no, sorry, that's my sister. Mazy.
Marzipan? Colour of ground almonds. Kind of beigey dull colour.

its made out of sugar and egg white and almond.. so its white.

I would think a very pale pale even light yellow! when i make my own its very pale.almost like almonds.(Ground Almond)

Cream colored since it is almond paste and all the flashy colors are added.
