Nothing replaces sleep like sleep. Coffee or energy drinks may work in the short term but if you make a habit of drinking coffee or other caffeine drinks to stay awake, you will find yourself unable to sleep when you really want to.

If you're that sleepy & you're at work, why don't you act as if you're sick & go home & get some sleep? Of course a double esspresso would help too. But if you can't go home, have alot of coffee & get up & walk around some & try to get a second wind. Just be careful driving home. I'd crack my car window to be on the safe side. So go home or stay awake!

Take a walk around your workplace. Take a short nap at lunchtime. Splash cold water on your face. Divide your work into short tasks if possible, with a lot of variety. Stay away from high sugar/carb foods, go for protein instead.

oops... seems that you are doing night shift. First thing is that you should complete your sleep whenever you have time... so at least your body system does not asks you for "forced Shut down".
Now after that any method you use will be useful... ! Even a simply cleaning your mouth with clean cold water also! Best of luck!

keep moving, get up and walk around whenever you can. that's what I do. I work 12 hours a day from 3p to 3a several nights a week. I start moving, if you sit still, you'll feel worse. Too much caffeine might get your heart racing.

Caffeinated coffee or soda like Coke help me. On your breaks, go for a walk.

have chats with your coworkers and go out in the cold during your break. Ofcourse drink cold drink so it can give you shivers so you may not feel sleepy. And as soon as you feel sleepy get up from your chair and walk around the office. stretch your arms, legs, and back.
Hope this helps..

All you have to do is get your blood flowing. Try some jumping jacks or running in place. I know it sounds complicated if your at work but if you have a break do it. Also, try getting alittle fresh air.
