This is one of my favorite pieces of evidence that humans are among the dumbest creatures in the animal kingdom. This idea that if we say "No strings attached" it means "No strings attached."
Many if not most relationships start with no strings attached, but over time strings naturally come, it is rarely agreed upon but sooner or later you start to get attached to people it is human nature, it dumb to think just because you don't want to get attached or don't want the other person to get attached that neither of you will get attached

I have in the past had this type of NSA arrangement and it worked quite well.
The guy who it was with was gorgeous, but had no personality and was not what I considered a long term or even boyfriend material. He just wanted a casual thing too. We were both like minded and knew there was nothing there but just a whole lot of lust on both parts. We never really had a date, or got too personal about things, just kept it to sex. The fact that we really didn't know each other was great! It was a perfect solution to sex without a relationship. Don't get me wrong, I only did this with him and would never have a string of people for this purpose. That I think is pushing on hussy-ism!
All I would say is be careful both with your body and your heart. Look after yourself and make sure that you are both like minded and you are sure that this is all you want from him.

Yes I would. I am actually in the same place in my life. I see it this way, start out with NO expectations other than having great sex. If something else developes you can go with it but that way, because most times it won't, if things don't move to anything else at least you can mark it in the memorable sex category and move on when the time comes.
The catch is that you actually have to KNOW you don't want a relationship or re-bound. If you are in any way unsure it will get tricky. don't ever let it get too personal and you'll be fine. Keep it between you. It's your biz only. Enjoy your life! AND ALWAYS PROTECT YOURSELF

I did just that - 20+ years later I'm still happily married to the guy. WHat started as a no strings thing - blossomed into Love very quickly. I think the no strings helped because we became good friends as well as lovers without all the 'Do you love me's' getting in the way. Go for it - I would xxxxx

No strings has never worked for me...either I get attached or the guy does...there is something about "sex" that my psyche interprets as intimacy. So, no, I would not start a "no strings relationship" if there is such a thing.

See that is hard to say. Girls tend to be more emotional about things in the long run, so while you want to start things off as NSA - in the end you may end up wanting more.

I've tried it never worked for me. If the situation happened again I would give it another try, sometimes lust just takes over. I prefer sex within relationship.
