Well, you don't really indicate if finances are an issue, but I have listed a couple of sites that might be helpful.
You can always try to get a local paper and see about some rentals and get hooked up w/the TV and internet services.
Hastings is about 38 miles away, Elm Creek and Oneil are nearby towns also but you will probably have better luck in Kearney.
