my friend texted me on my cellphone and said he wants us to work out things and that he wants us to last and that we would be good together..so i asked him if he was being really serious and he said yes.so i said that why didnt u ever tell me and he goes i have told u but u just werent listening.so i go well im listening now and i have feelings for u too.and at 1st i thought he sent all those messeges to the wrong # but he was being real about it.then i told him that im sick of playing games and i just want to be serious and asked him how serious he wanted to be with me and he said ive liked u for a long time and i wanna be with u.so i have a trust issue and i dont know what i should do.if i should be with him or not.then today he had school but i didnt cuz we go to different ones.and he sent me texts from school asking me whats up and what i was doin and stuff...and thats the 1st time in like a few days that i talked to him so is he playing games or no?

quit texting! Call eachother. Its so much different to hear someone say those things than to have it written to you. You will have a better idea of what is going on verbally if you talk to him. But cut out the texting, it can lead to alot more questions because you cant tell if someone is joking or being serious when you text them!

It sounds like he is interested to me. Don't scare him away by not trusting. Trust is tricky... you have to give it without knowing. The bottom line is if you are going to be hurt you are going to be hurt and you are just going to have to accept that (trust me I am going through it right now and I'm not in school so... I am much older than you--the point being it happens at all ages).
If he hasn't given you a reason not to trust him then give it to him without reserve until he does do something to break it. It's the only way to have a secure, healthy relationship.

Invite him over. Have a conversation face to face and see what happens. Text messages aren't a good way to know if he is telling the truth or not. You need to see his facial expressions and reactions to your conversations.

not sure why you say you don't trust him....forget text and sit down and have a real conversation about your feelings, your relationship and where you are going with it....face to face...then you will know if it's real or not...good luck
