Firstly you must remove all traceable evidence.... i.e fingerprints (this can be achieved by a simple skin graft from an obscure part of your body) obviously DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) is impossible to remove but as long as you have not had a run in with the law, they will not have your DNA on record.
Secondly you must destroy any and all documentation associated with your former self. i.e. Birth certificate, passport, bank accounts, national insurance etc. Obviously you would have to do without your mobile phone. obviously if you fake these in a new identity you will still be traceable, under your new identity. So these will be things you'll have to do without. But it is possible. In order to survive, you would obviously be required to work.... I would advise against begging, as usually beggars are well known by local police, and as such would be traceable. perhaps a cash in hand job at a fun fair, Circus, or as a labourer on a building site.
And don't forget that everything that you do online is traceable, So no more Yahoo! answers :(

Come into the country as an immigrant or illegal and melt into the crowd safe in the knowledge the government bodies are not after you. Draw the benefits you have not paid into and live the good life on the backs of the genuine taxpayers. I suggest all the true Brits leave and come back as migrants then we will truly be equal.

It can be done. Just need a little cash and maybe the knowledge to do "Odd Jobs" for some income. Then keep a low profile and stay out of trouble and away from police. Do not cause reason for suspicion.

Fake your own death so there will be a record of your non existence. Live in a caravan and make sure you don't leave any records anywhere - bank account, driving licence, work for cash in hand. Bit boring though, musn't drive in case you get stopped by police.

Well hope you aren't thinking of taking your son, cos you can't, wouldn't be right and no you couldn't just disappear, you need ID for jobs, bank accounts, credit, everytihing basically so unless you are loaded you ain't got a chance.

Well if you are not registered at birth then you wouldn't exist in the first place! So you wouldn't have an identity, then how could they trace you?
Otherwise, change your name (without telling anyone), get plastic surgery so you look nothing like your former self and then how will anyone know its you?

Try painting yourself with invisible paint. Make sure your favorite clothes are painted too otherwise you will have to walk around naked for the rest of your life.
You should then be able to disappear quite nicely :)
