Loosing weight that fast will only result in the loss of water weight. Your body will not burn 15-20 pounds of actual fat in such a short time span. My suggestion is to exercise daily and watch what you eat. That way next time you won't need to loose weight in such a short period of time.

To be honest, the only way you'll realisticly lose 15-20 lbs in 3 days is by lipo-suction. A better solution would be to have a long term plan that involves a healty diet, exersise etc... your general practicioner or house doctor should be able to give you more advice, or get you in touch with someone that can help.
Keep in mind that if you manage to lose 15-20 lbs in three days by not eating etc, not only will you gain them back real quick, you'll also look bad, and feel bad from lack of propper food.

That's a life-threatening amount of weight to lose in three days. It's more than likely to put you in the hospital.
Your best shot would be to eat around 1200 calories per day, but burn around 8000-10,000. That means near-constant exercise, all day. I don't mean moderate exercise like walking, either; I mean running as fast as you can manage for at least eight hours. Doing it for one day will make you lose around ten pounds, but most of that will be water. The next day will be much harder, and the third day will be much harder than that. There are excellent odds that you will collapse on the first day; you'll be running farther than a marathon.
To sum up: this is a bad idea. If it's a matter of appearance, you should try other, less suicidal methods of looking thinner, like getting a tan, a flattering haircut, and something dark and slimming to wear.

I'm sure this possible, by eating little or nothing and exercising like crazy, but this is not healthy for your body. A good healthy amount of weight loss is 2-3 pounds a week.
If you want to start losing weight, limit your caloric intake and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Drinking water also helps.

First, it can only be done if you are already in good shape. Then, the key is sweating by doing strenuous enough cardio to break a sweat, but at an intensity level you can sustain for at least one hour a day. Avoid any kind of salt/sodium, don't rehydrate and eat only a little salad, no dressing. Get an extra couple of hours sleep.

Losing that much weight in 3 days is very unhealthy, but if you really want to lose weight: go on a liquid diet and exercise at least an hour a day

Other than surgery, not going to happen. Why so much so fast? Unless you are extremely obese loosing that much weight that quickly in very harmful to yourself. This type of weight loss creates undue and un-natural stresses on the body which can lead to gaining more weight that you've lost, diabetes and other disease issues.
There are plenty of websites that can give you good advice and good programs.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

You can't lose this much wieght in three days!! Your health should be more important then your appearance. If you need to lose this much give yourself about 6 to 8 weeks minimum. check your priorities....
