If the previous IS is any reflection of the trend for that vehicle I would go with the TL

You need to look atthe packages offered and think about what kind of car you like.

BMWs are probably the best choice as they are well known for their great handling and quality, and if you buy new I think BMW still offers 3 years of free maintenance.

The Lexus is a good choice because of Toyota's attention to quality, but the feature list is not as customizable as the Bimmer's. Of course, it is a lot less expensive than an optioned BMW.

The TL is okay, but its a front-wheel drive car. I don't think you'll have any problem selling one, but its not as fun to drive as the first two cars.

Lots of people also look at the Infiniti G35 as a good car - the 2007s have vastly improved interiors. Also, the Subaru Legacy GT has received great reviews and is a good car you may want to look at.

Make sure you drive these cars and play with the navigation systems in them - some are really annoying and require you to press buttons on every start up, so you may want to pay attention to that.

BMW is a sheer brand name.
i agree the new one looks yuck but its the best anyday.
when you compare the residual values its Lexus and then BMW and acura is way down.
acura TL is known for its interior rattling.
Lexus is a great car but cannot beat a bmw.
the new BMW 335i has 300hp with twin turbo and hardly any turbo lag.
that's the best car.
and forget the acura since youre looking for resale value

bmw gets real tough to maintain after the warranty.

I'd go with theAcura TL or the Lexus IS. Both are good with reliability and resale value.

I like the IS the best, but they are all great cars. BMW may cost more for repairs but it would be sweet to own a beamer!
