Christianity is obsessed with the inevitability of sin and the need for forgiveness, and with the need for eternal punishment for those who fail to repent of their sins.
Self-flagellation is so ingrained into that particular religious psyche that an all-loving, all-healing (not to mention all-singing, all-dancing) Jesus Mk II would be seen as a major disappointment and probably rejected as an impostor.

Why should HE apologize for the suffering? Do some research and read the Bible, Jesus went through beatings, slandering, betrayal from His best friends, then he died the worst possible death, so that we can have eternal life with Him in Paradise. I am really starting to get aggrivated with people who sit here and ask questions without even doing any reading. Maybe if you took the time to learn about the Bible and to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, you would know that everything good in the world is from the Lord, and all the evil is becuase of our own selfishness and evil that dwells inside of us since the beginning of the fall with Adam and Eve. The Lord wants us to be happy, he wants us to have a good time here on earth, in His honor and glory, and to do His Will, which is PERFECT, and then be with Him for eternity in Heaven.

Good question really.
I suppose if we want some glouris heaven and finding of god we would need some crazy end of days so people can choose since many dont think about it.
I donnu though. If haven exsists now than why do we need and end and judgement.
Good questin I am baffeled.
Remember John wrote that wayy after Jesus death so he may have been just tripping out on the DMT in the acacia wood he slept on.

Jesus is NOT responsible for our suffering, WE are. When we choose to not follow in The Way, we should expect consequences. Satan wants man to suffer, so he can trick us into thinking it is God's fault. God is love and only wants the best for us. It is up to us to walk the straight and narrow path to the Kingdom.

apologized for what? He gave us this earth and all the abilities to maintain a good life. We destroy, polluted, created illness, got greedy and stop helping each other when there is a need, created a welfare system so we don't have to be involved, build until our buildings created hazardous toxins, created process with machines that poison us, the list goes on and on. DRUGS, MURDER, RAPE, ALL THESE THINGS WAS GOD???? WHAT HAS MAN DONE THAT HE NEEDS TO APOLOGIZE!!!!

Hellfire doesn't exist. Jesus isn't responsible for the suffering - Satan and humans are. The rapture isn't taught in the Bible.

I think it will be God's perfect will, however it happens. There is nothing we could wish to add to, take away, or in any way change it to make it better. God knows better than we do what the best way to do it would be.

The Suffering as you put it, was placed upon us by ourselves, and our disobediance, we have no one else to blame but ourselves
