cardio will be your best friend. The eliptical machine may work well for burning fat. It is also not very rough on the body. Perhaps doing sit up or ab crunches will help tone up the abs and give your belly a little definition

That's pretty normal after having a baby. Just think of how far that skin had to stretch out! I've heard that "target" weight loss really does not work. You need a good overall aerobic exercise and then lift weights as well as that will help your metabolism and muscle gain. For some, that area is that last place you will see an improvement.

Babies are wonderful things, but boy do they wreak havoc on our bodies. Sit ups and stomach exercises are a good way to lose the extra "flab"that you have. Also drink lots of water and watch your salt intake, as retaining water and fluids can make that part of the body look larger then it is. Im not sure that some "miracle cream" will help tighten the skin if it's as bad as you think. I would talk to a dermatologist if it's that out of proportion. Maybe check out a local gym, most of the time you can get a week trial membership to see if you like it. also i know that most gyms have personal trainers and you can talk to them and tell them which parts of your body you'd like to concentrate on, and I'm sure they can help you. Good Luck and congrats on the baby.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

#1 Mini Thin has made a come back as Mini Lean ephedra.
Ephedra diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise. I would recommend the Mini Lean ephedra even though they have more of a selection with free shipping:

Another way of naturally raising basal metabolism without exercising is to take ephedra supplements based on the ECA Stack (ephedra, caffeine and aspirin) stacked, or together. Scientifically proven by many double blind studies to work without diet or exercise.

Either surgery or exercise. Even exercise can't get rid of it totally. Just learn to accept it unless you have the money don't go through surgery.
