I would say go to nearest hospital U may have done more damage internally then what U see and DO NOT USE ANY HOME REMEDIES as it may cause infection. Tell him not to be ashamed alot more people R being creative in there sex lives but most do not have BALLS to say anything. Be sides it is way better to be SAFE then SORRY....

Anyway damage to rectum is not to be taken lightly. See a doc definitely and make sure it is proberly healed before you start thinking about anal plays anymore. And remember. rectum is much more delicate compared to vagina and is not meant for what you are probably using it. So serious damages can be irrecoverable. so dont deal it with same intensity as you do with the vagina.

he needs to be seen by a MD to confirm the injury
he might need surgery to repair it
do not use any home treatments they could get the injury infected so severly that your man's butthole will have to be sewn shut and he will poop into a bag glued to his skin ..
