It usually means that at one point they were "in love" with you and sometimes people confuse the two and realize that they just love you.
An example would be. You love your mom, but you are in love with your girlfriend.
A lot of times when someone has been with a person for sooo long, they tend to look at them more of a best friend then a lover.

It means that she has feelings for you but they are not as strong as they used to be. It is more of a caring or fondness that she has reached.
Either way the bloom is off the rose in the relationship.She may not be ready to bail, but she is definately bored.

Loving and being in love is two totally different things. You will feel it when you are in love. If you dont know the difference, you arent IN LOVE!!!
