You really dont have a chance of any trace of THC getting in your system second hand. Dont be so paranoid. Just relax, Im in college for Criminal Justice and everyone I know smokes pot. Its not a crime to know people that smoke it and you wont get high from being in the same room. Dont worry if you get pulled over as long as you dont carry any on you.

Concerning your lungs and the smoke yes you are a second hand smoker no doubt about it.
Concerning weed you will have a very very very very smal amount of THC within you organism but not enough to have an effect on your behaviour or to be detected by tests

While trace amounts may be detectable in your clothing or hair, when one sits near, or gains a "contact" high, it is doubtful that any trace amounts entered your bloodstream or urine.
Remember, people have individual metabolisms, and I am not a doctor, so it may be possible, but I highly doubt it. I have seen someone smoke out at a party and one week later pass a blood screening, and I myself have smoked and a month later tested positive in urine. Differenece is body chemistry.

No it won't be in your system, the air around you mixes in with the smoke. And you have to actually inhale a lot of it to be contact high. Like if your fried was blowing at your face while you were sleeping or something. And say it did by chance since you don't smoke it would leave your system with 1-2 days at most.

Sure can...pot tends to show up in drug tests up to 30 days after smoking or ingesting it....no matter how it got into your system.
The police tend to care more about who was actually in possession of the weed...they could easily say it was your friend's alone and let you off the hook.

Yes second hand dope smoke can cause a positive test. It happened to me and I didn't get a job. My frined even called the company and told them what happened and it didn't matter.

Yes, it would show up in your system. Ross Rebagliati, who won the first giant slalom gold medal at the Olympics in snowboarding, tested positive for marijuana. He claimed it was second-hand he got at a party. His medal was stripped, but eventually reinstated.
