mp3 vs mp4?

I would like to bye an mp-3 or mp-4 player for a Christmas gift. Can anybody recommend a good model and a good safe on-line store?

MP4 is the common portable video format,

well mp3 is for music and mp4 is for video, why not get one that does both?

try and ipod video 30gb, 80gb

a zen vision:M 30gb, 60gb

heck, even a psp will do

if 30gb is too much try:

zen v plus 1,2,4gb

sandisk sansa e250 2,4,6,8 gb
