I am not qualify to interpret the bible. On a normal way to explain is the wife not a believer but husband. The husband should do something really touch the wife to let her become a believer.

I would have to see the scripture for myself, then I could read what it was regarding. I know the bible says not to be unequally yoked, but God also made provisions for those who did so anyway, or who may have done so before coming to know Him and His laws.

the Bible tells us that God made man the head of the woman and has dominion over her, by the fact that it was not untill Adam and not Eve sinned that the human race fell from God`s grace and friendship, and so as a good husband loves his wife so too can he be the instrument of her salvation by his own love and service of God, and also by his example.
