Depends on where in FL. From Miami/Ft Lauderdale you're looking at 2-21/2 hours. From Orlando/Sanford is more like 3-31/2. Tampa I think is right about the 31/2 hour mark.
Takes longer if you get a flight with stops (mostly in Miami) but it's very easy to find non stop flights from anywhere in FL to San Juan.

Depends on the flight and where in FL you are departing. Check your flight to see if there are any connections or layovers. Direct is 2 hours or so.
