If you make yourself sick? Are you on button moon? Are you actually asking this and expecting people to say it's OK to damage your body?
Loose weight the healthy way. Eat lots of fruit and veg and low fat breakfast cereals with semi skimmed milk (porridge is great), cut out red meat for a while, no fried foods, crisps (chips if you are American), and drink lots of water to fill your stomach, not to make yourself sick. That is a stupid idea and in the long run you will have more trouble with your weight because you will have screwed you metabolism up.
If your journey is under a mile, walk. Do sit ups every 2nd day (start off with about 15 and work your way up to 50 sit ups a session within 10 days). Your stomach will look good if it is toned so when you do not shift the weight immediately, you will still look great.
You will not loose all 21 lbs but you should shift most of it and the rest will drop of after. Yo-yo dieting does not work and you are a fool if you start to make your self sick. Ever heard of Karen Carpenter?

You can't. Not and be healthy. Most weight loss plans recommend losing up to 2 lbs per week. That would be about 16 lbs. (Calculating from Nov. 21.) Not what you want, but close. Drink plenty of water- cut out soft drinks all together. Exercise. DON"T throw up what you eat! Pill can work, but it's temporary- as is any diet if you stop following it exactly. I do Weight Watchers.

Drink alot of ICE COLD water. If you drink three liters a day for a year you will loosed 3 pounds of fat. If you run 1/2 mile or run alot every day, and don't eat alot of fattie foods ( hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, etc) and drink 24 oz of milk Every 24 hours you should lose that weight. Also when you weight our self subtract 3 pounds because that is how much your liver weighs.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Lose 10 pounds in 4 days diet
and
Lose 10 pounds in 3 days diet --- this one has ice cream every day for dessert. YUMMMMYYYYY!!!!!
They work. Just be careful to watch what you eat when your finish or you might put it all back on.

I suggest Atkins.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of turkey sausage
Lunch: club salad or greek salad made with 2 cups of lettuce
Dinner: chicken or fish and 1 cup of green veggies
Snack: 10 olives or stuffed celery
Snack: sugar free jello
Drink 8-8oz glasses of water daily
You probably won't lose any in the first week but after 10 days you will lose 10 pounds and several pounds per week after that.

You should be more focused on the percentage of bodyweight than the number of pounds. If you are a real porker you may be able to do it. Do lots of cardio, lift weights, don't eat before bed, limit your calories, and eat small meals frequently. Rapid weight loss isn't healthy and doesn't typically stay off. Try to lose 1 - 1.5% of your body weight every week.

Dont eat after 8 pm at night, go for regular walks after work (15-20 minutes)
try cutting down on fried food and snacks like chocolate and crips.

Vomitting will only damage your throat and rot your teeth with the stomach acid, and all it will do is dehydrate you.
Just get some exercise and eat less it;s not rocket science.
The fact that you are thinking about making yourself sick could point to ptential bulemia, don't do it and get some help.
