so, i can't believe this happened to me.
anyway... what are some definite *REASONS* for why he could've left? (bc he won't tell me)...
i'm fun, make perverted jokes, hot (but not that conceited), adventurous, an english major, have more guy friends than girl friends, asian (his ultimate fetish), girlie girl, makeup/sexy clothes, sort of a hippy sometimes, into indie music/movies (which he's into), play the piano, spontaneous (as he calls me), his parents don't like me ever since i took a 5month break with him (he does try hard to impress them).
the new girl: she's more meek, very christian, kind of cute in a mousy/nerdy way, wears glasses, pre-med/science major (just like himself), has not many friends, hispanic (just like himself), not very into her looks, no makeup, very straight-edge, not into anything indie but victorian poetry instead (rather stiff if you ask me), not musical, expected, however she's his parents' wet dream (esp since his dad's a chemist/LOVES science)

i forgot to mention that he never told his parents that the reason i broke up with him for 5 months was bc he was a temperamental jerk. other than that, he wanted to marry me after a year.and then half a year later, this happens.

Maybe he needs someone that is like that.. maybe he wants a cute nice girl.. instead of someone who wears sexy clothes all the time and thinks alot of herself.. no offense.. but putting that you think you're hot is a bit odd to judge yourself don't you think? Whether you're hot or not is other ppls opinions... i thought it was a little cocky of you... it sounds to me like he thought that you a little bit too much for him to handle... maybe he likes this girls personality better... guys interests can change.. don't think that you're the only girl for him.. cause obviously you're not..

Honest opinion.... Okay! So your a normal human girl with a style of her own and "HIS" parents approve of his new girl because she fits the description of a their style and he gets let lectures from them and with his parents approval its less stressed and he probably feels more at ease knowing his new girlfriend has alot of common goals that his parents have.. who knows maybe your ex boyfriend really wants his new girlfriend and feels that she won't abandon him when she needs a break. Because she is focused on her career and that what he really wants out of a women and who knows... she maybe a different person when he is with her (badgirl in a fetish way that he wants).
Was that honest enough for you.

I'm Latin and sometimes we date people that aren't really what we are looking for to settle down with. I'm sure he enjoyed your company, but he might be looking for someone that fits his family and him.
