The best advice I can give you is putting yourself in their surroundings. Women who are 23 to 36 have grown out of the "college scene" and might be happier to just have a great dinner and decent drinks compared to going to a loud club and chugging beers. Look to put yourself in those sort of scenes.
If you aren't good at throwing game in these environments, go online and find a dating site that fits you; once you do that, customize your search for women between the ages of 23 and 36.

speaking as someone who has experience with a lot of older women. you need to source out tourists around 35-45 year mark. you need charm intelligence and the gift of the gab. a lot of divorced women like to be spoilt, don't be stingy. tell them how beautiful they are. if you get a date don't be afraid to kiss them on meeting them. don't be too picky or expectant. if all goes well and its back to the hotel, have fun but be sure to leave before they wake up. don't give any personal info about yourself. home number address workplace, and if you have to lie don't worry about it. if your after some fun it's easy enough to do, but if you want a relationship forget about it! women that age come with a lot of excess baggage and even worse, kids!

Put it this way .... By the time you get to seduce the women she will already have decided wether she is even interested in you or not. So just be yourself

well im 28 and dont go for younger men,my boyfriends 39 so im not sure women in their twenties would be interested but women in their 30s will be flattered.shouldnt be too difficult to find one who needs a confidence boost

Hmmn. I would say go to places, bars etc that have an older crowd, not the usual young chavy places where you would expect to find young blokes/girls dressed the same.

forget the age. show your personality. do not try to be more mature than you can, there are limits and she will know it. besides, maybe she likes that youth and "immaturity" in you...
