in all the diets i have seen, its recommended to eat the meat skinless,,, so i would say yes, i know it has fat it

Chicken skin is pure cholesterol, eat only a very small portion, or if you already have high cholesterol or heart problems, do not eat any at all

I heard that chicken skin is the worst part of the chicken to eat. I heard it was very high in colestorol. I think we should eat it because it tastes so darn good. Everything in moderation I always say.

poultry skin is pure fat, it creates cholesterol in the blood stream, and dark meat is just as bad. If you are serious about controlling the fats and cholesterol in your body eat only breast of chicken and eat it without the skin.

you should not eat it because it is bad for you and turkey becausw it has something in i t that is bad of you and you will die if you eat to much of it you can have a picece about from
- - that much from that first line to the last line that much everytime you have thanksgiving so do not eat too much of turkey skin or else!!!
