Defenatly Belgian waffles because they are nice and big an hardy, especially when you put on the syrup and powdered sugar, its like the best taste in the world.

belgian waffles seem to have a better taste.

Waffles
1 ¾ Cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
Blend these together

Add 3 eggs
4 tablespoon melted butter
1 ½ cup milk
cinnamon is optional
Beating egg whites gives more texture
