Try Denise Austin exercise tapes. They're super fun and you start seeing results after 10 days (if you stick to the routine). Denise also has some books out on losing weight and keeping it off. There are some great recipes and eating tips in there. Anyway, give the tapes a try, cause they're a lot cheaper than going to a gym, and you can do them at home. I swear by them!

Do some cardiovascular workouts to burn off some fat - walking, jogging, biking or something else you enjoy doing for about 30 minutes a day.
Eat lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains. Cut back on the sugar and fat. Eat smaller portions (most people eat 8-12 ounces of meat at dinner when we should only be eating about 4 ounces!). Keep a journal to record what you eat every day to see how much fat and sugar you're actually intaking (sometimes we don't realize how much crap we eat!). Also, record your workouts to see how much you're actually working out and to just be able to feel good about it.
You can do some toning exercises for you abs and butt and thighs to help too. You can do squats and lunges and some crunches.
Good luck!

Eat soups - No breads, no potatos
Eat lots of greens and fruits everyday, unlimited if need be. Also have a couple bananas a week. You will need potassuim in your diet anyway. If your female, take calcuim and iron pills
Eat red meat twice a week up to 8 oz. Once for sure a week.
Just do light walking around the mall or neighborhood.
You should lose 5 pounds or more within a week, than maintain thereafter. If not need to loose more, just use this diet.
It's a NOT brainer!!!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

If I were you, I would keep it really simple. I would cut back calories significantly and start exercising regularly (at least 30 minutes daily). I love to run - you can do it anywhere, no need to spend money at the gym, and it works. Good luck.
