I gave this recipe to my sister and she made it for her date. He really enjoyed it.
*Bake 2 or 4 chicken breasts in the oven for 1 hour at 375 deg.
*Boil pot of water, cook penne pasta (1 or 2 cups) and 1 cup raisins.
*Drain pasta and raisins, mix with pesto sauce.
*Serve chicken over pasta, raisins, and pesto sauce.
You can also add pine nuts to the pasta once it's on your plate if you have some. This really is a great recipe. Very simple and good.

Get some Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast from Wal-Mart (10pcs in a bag for a little less than $10). Defrost it, soak some pieces in lemon juice (In a bottle) for a few hours or minutes if you don't have too much time. Season it with anything you'd like. Make rice and green beans or steamed broccoli with it. Takes about 40 minutes total to cook it all. The longest part is preparing the chicken. And if you're of age, get some wine so seal the deal. Even if he doesn't like the meal he'll still be buzzing from the liquor. Good Luck!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMDPL
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I think lasagna is a good and easy homemade meal. Just boil the lasagna noodes, brown some ground italian sausage, then layer the noodles, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, italian sausage and mozzerella for a few layers! We usually cook a large pan at 375 for about 30 mins or until the cheese is bubbly and brown. Serve with wine and garlic bread!

There is no one single Paleo Diet, as our ancestors from all over the world ate dramatically different diets depending on the climate where they lived, their landscape, accessibility to water bodies, and the latitude that they lived. This is a detailed meal plan for the paleo diet https://tr.im/WREON
In some cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% plant foods and 10% animal foods, and in other cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% animal foods and 10% plant foods.
For example, our ancestors that lived near the equator had year long access to more plant materials such as root vegetables and various fruits, veggies, and nuts.
On the other hand, our ancestors that lived at higher latitudes further away from the equator only had access to fruits and vegetables seasonally at one specific time period per year, and had larger periods of the year where they ate a higher % of meats, organ meats, fish, and other animal-based foods, or fermented foods that could be stored for winter.

This is what I do when preparing a night dinner and impress my date!!
1. First, start with a green salad: choose your own combination of vegetables----
(i.e. use lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, crotons, parmesan cheese, and caesar dressing for "Caesar" salad) - you may use any other known combination such as "Santa Fe": lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots, avocados, cheddar cheese, flour chips).
2. Second, for main dish. Prepare fried chicken, and flavor it with tasteful sauces or creams.
(i.e. use Campbell's mushroom cream or gravy sauce, or use Hunt's BBQ or Buffalo sauce).
3. For side dish. Prepare rice, by steaming, then add carrots, maize grain, add also butter and salt for flavoring.
4. For drinks, use limonade, or any other soft drink.
5. For desserts, -buy- carrot cake.
If you want a romantic style dinner for your date, you may use wine in your drinks, and in the dessert, use grapes, blueberrys, cherrys, or other fruits like those. You may add candles as well and romantic music in background.
Good luck!! I hope you have a nice date!!

Get a couple really nice rib eye steaks, bake a couple potatoes, sweet or idaho and roast some asparagus. With the sweet potatoes, after cutting them open springkle them with sugar and cinnamon, then butter. A bottle of Chianti would go nicely too.

Lasagna and green beans. It's what I'm cooking right now. Don't make it more complicated than it has to be. Just use the lasagna noodles, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
