Fishing for crappie in a rowboat. Zebco 33, 10 lb line, #6 hook, minnow. A 24" muskie splashed about 100 ft away. (Zebco's do cast very accurately) Hit that fish in the head and landed him after about 10 minutes!! I was new to fishing and girlfriend had grown up fishing that lake every summer and never caught a muskie!!! For me, "the fish of a thousand casts" is "the fish per cast" fish!

Yes alot, but I am sure you have heard the saying "A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work".

My cousin and I were planning to fish that day. He punked out and didn't show. I had my limit of lake trout in less than 2hrs. I couldn't keep them off my line, It was awesome.

Oh yeah! Me and my hubby went to an area lake, found a nice spot all to ourselves and had a competition catching white stripers. Of course, I out did him! We wound up with two stringers full. It was awesome, we had a blast!
