The R&S section has proved wonderful for me and I have decided to convert to Pastafarianism. Is there a ritual to celebrate and define my conversion?

While we do have free will about for example whether to wear socks, or not. Unfortunately, no such free will exist in matters of belief. So no, there is no ritual, but you'll know it if it happens to you. Because once you believe you also do not have a choice not to believe.
