Can i recycle padded envelopes/Jiffy bags?

do they go in with paper, tin cans, plastic bottles etc?

No you can't recycle jiffy bags. Tear of the bit witn your address in, and the rest will have to go in your dustbin

Possible but it also depends on materials used for padding the envelope.

Can you create labels and re-use them? I am not sure about recycling- too many components I think.
