Skipping meals will backfire on you (I speak from experience). You'll just have to work harder on eating healthy. Just cause you're exercising doesn't give you an excuse to eat unhealthy (ESPECIALLY because you're exercising! Your body will need all the nutrients and vitamins it can get!). I suggest you eat proper meals and cut out on the snacking. Also, eat only when you're hungry. Don't grab popcorn just because you're used to eating popcorn while watching TV. Ask yourself if you're truly hungry or if you just have appetite. There's a difference! A good way to tell the difference is to ask yourself if you would be hungry enough to eat an apple. If the answer is no, it's likely that you just have an appetite. However, if you feel like eating one or two apples, you're definitely hungry.

Also, you can try Denise Austin workout videos. They are fantastic and they really help! One is called "Cardio dance & sculpt", and it's such a fun workout! So if you want to spice up your exercise routine a bit, try that one. Denise Austin helps you target problem zones, and I started seeing results after 10 days.

You can't target an area of the body for weight-loss. You're body will lose weight in a pre-determined manor, and nothing you do through exercise will change it. Crunches will do very, very little to help you lose weight in your mid-section.

You have to learn to eat smaller meals every 3-4 hours, starting with breakfast. All skipping meals will do is make you better at storing fat and your metabolically active muscle tissue.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Any cardiovascular activity helps to keep you in shape. There is no such thing as spot reducing - reducing fat in specific areas of the body. You can continue with ab crunches to help keep your stomach in shape.

If you cannot control the food you eat. Even if you built muscles doing tat many crunches, you would still not be able to see your 6 packs :)

At least tat was wat happened to my hubby. He did a detox and burnt away his fats and started to have a really sexy tummy ;) hehehe./
