Are you close to her? If so, ask her what the hell she's doing and talk some sense into her. If you're not close, register your disapproval, but don't say anything. It really won't help to spill the beans.

I actually have been in a similar situation. My sister cheated on her boyfriend of five years (they had been living together for more than four years), and I didn't tell him because unfortunately she's my sister and blood is thicker than water (he and I are actually friends). I let her know I didn't approve of what she was doing and that her bf had the right to know, because I have been cheated on in the past and it was devestating. She never did fess up to him but found some excuse to break things off. I've lost most of my respect for her, but it's her life and her prerogative to screw it up however she sees fit. If I were you, I'd simply say to your sister that she needs to tell her husband, grow up, and stop seeing the other man, unless she doesn't want to be married anymore in which case she needs to stop wasting her husband's time, because he deserves someone who wants to be married to him. Then leave it alone. She'll reap what she sows.

nothing. its not your problem, it's your sister's. leave her alone and deal with your life and it's problems. If she asks you for help or advice, then give it, but other than that, it's not your problem. Don't get involved or try and stop her, she needs to figure this out HERSELF.
And no matter what, DONT TELL THE HUSBAND! your sister is your blood, and that would be the lowest thing you can possibly do. Again, this is HER issue, not yours. Just telling that u don't approve is all that you CAN do.

Depend...My sis like latin men. So if she is dating a illegal alien and cheat on him with someone better then I'll help her get better at hiding evidence and stuff.
If it's vice versa, I'll kidnap the illegal alien and tie him up. I'll hang him upside down above bathtub so I can butcher him one by one slowly. I would cut a chunk of flesh out of him then wrap it up in front of him. Once it's done, I will use torch to stop bleeding so he'll be alive to suffer. I'll continue to butcher him until I wrap up every pieces of him then I'll get rid of the evidence.

I would tell your sister what she is doing is wrong and that if you find out it is continuing, you will inform her husband.
I would give her one free pass though. Don't ruin their marriage without giving them a chance to fix it.
