inward spiral (shins in, thighs out, sitzbones back and open)
root the tailbone, melt the heart.
do all this in downward dog. move one foot forward.

stack shoulders over wrists.
(oh i forgot we practiced reaching all 10 toes up and having the legs right on our backs before we started all this)

Faced someone face to face that I’d not seen in 8 years. My parents! What I learned, sometimes people don’t change. It was the final thing that I needed to get past what happened. Some things or some people are better off to not be in your life. Just because they are blood doesn’t mean that they have to be there. So, learning from the past, making sure you are happy with your decision, it’s a life altering one at that.

Doing this… I have reduced my stress by 75%…. I have been calmer in almost all situations in my life. My counselor also can’t believe the change in me as well. She was against me going, but my stubborn *** went away. Ah well enough about me. If we don’t learn something everyday, then we aren’t living life to our fullest.
Learning to relax more often... its easy to do, but how long will it last.
