Your puppy is probably teething right now. Some things that you can do to help discourage biting is buy some chew toys that are soft, or make some frozen chicken broth for your puppy to chew on until the adult teeth come in. Hope this helps

The pup is most likey teething at this stage of life. The BESt way to treat this problem is to stop the dog when it bites your hand. To stop your puppy you just say shhh.... or hey or you can make up your own sound. Just make sure that the you say in a soft firm voice! Good Luck with the puppy!

It's natural for a puppy to bite and chew...that's why it's very important for it to be around other dogs or puppies at this point. They will let her know when it's ok to bite and how hard she can bite. If she bites too hard, they will let her know. It's all part of socialization as well as teething.

puppies do this, because they're teething.. get him something to chew on, it shouldn't hurt when he bites your hand but don't encourage him to bite you, but don't punish him unless it hurts... if you tease him or encourage him to bite you in any way when he becomes a full grown dog he will continue to bite and he wont know his own strength and end up hurting you or someone else...
