things light or fruity.
For wine... a nice Chardonnay would work, I prefer Kendall Jackson.
I have also had apple wine with turkey and it went very nice.
Cranberry and vodka for something a bit harder or Gin and tonic,
beerwise I would go for Blue Moon with the hint of orange peel I think it may compliment the meal well.

A dry or semi-dry white wine. Try a Reiseling.
