It means infiltrate America through colleges, universities, internet that Muslims are all about peace and love when they're infiltrating America from the inside out. All people who don't become Muslim should die. America should be overtaken. Wake up people!

'Altekeya' were first established during Ottoman era as a spot of worship of Sufis (from Sufism), then their role was extended to become places for treatment (hospitals) and education (libraries). And then their role was further extended to become houses for the unemployed and the immigrants. In an Arab mind, tekeya is another name for laziness and dependency since they're places for people who want to live on charities.
