Any sub-post office. There must be 20 of them around the city, often in drug stores (Shoppers Drug Mart, for example) or any of the convenience stores that have sub-POs. Look for the little Canada Post logo on the signs advertising these stores.

Check your banking package first; Royal Bank has some banking packages (eg Royal Certified Service) that money orders are included in your monthly fee. (a certain amount of money orders per month) No use paying for a money order if your dont have to. :)

Otherwise a post office, and bank or credit union. I believe Safeway does too; at customer service if they have money transfers there. (not all do)

Well since I am from Regina, go to a Royal Bank of Canada. Hope this helps:)

Well when all else fails... ask a local?... I'd say just like the USA.. bank, Western Union, or some other money transfer place.. or Post Office... if you are not in CA, then go to a local place and ask where they can send money to in that town... then you have your answer.
