Fry's Cocoa. Comes in a yellow tin....My mother and I have benn cooking with that for 20 years....It's unsweetened, which is the best kind to roll a truffle in since the truffle is already sweet.

Mmm, chocolate! Use either Ghiradelli or Godiva. If you can't find those, then Hershey's cocoa will do. (But the kitchen queen prefers Ghiradelli and Godiva, and she knows her chocolate!)
