Simple answer is Yes, Yes, Yes.........Undoubtedly!
Your Q reflects you know nothing about Muslims and Allah!
Allah is a unique Arabic word which can define God most perfectly as the Almighty - The Creator & Lord of Universe.
Jesus Christ prayed God on the cross and do you know what Aramaic word he used for his God? Ellaih !
Hebrew and Arabic languages are derived from Aramic language therefore this Aramaic word Ellaih = Allah in Arabic.
It is not difficult to understand now that we Muslims worship the same one and the only God of Abraham, Moses, Ishmael, Issac and Jesus. The language of them was Aramic.
We Muslim believe in one and the only God (Allah) so why we should not worship Allah in spirit and in Faith!
Hope you understand my point. Regards.

Most of us do.
Allah ( Ilah ) is the name for God in Aramaic the language that Jesus spoke.
Jesus never prayed to God or even referred to God using any word but Allah.
People who say that Allah is a false God do not know what they are talking about, and they are most certainly not following the true teachings of Jesus.
Love and blessings.

Impossible - Jesus Christ is Truth and Jehovah God - they clearly do not worship these. So cannot worship in Spirit and Truth. Sorry.
