i am trying to install spectrum classics from revive atwww.oxygenint.com i have read about the file wing.dll but i am not sure how to do what it tells me i also have windows built in to my pc and not a start up disk does this make any difference i do hope somebody can help as i am wanting to play my games thanks

I do not understand your question. It is not written very well... I visited the site and it sells PS2 games. It says something about for PC as well but no info about that was given.

Sounds like you may be trying to run an emulator of the PS2. I have researched that DLL and it allows one to write directly to the video RAM versus using the API to write to it. If all you need to do is install that dll then download it off of a simple Google search and install it to the appropriate place.

Another thing that strikes me from your question is that you may not be able to play this game or game pack under your current OS. It may be a 9X game and you have XP or it is a NT only game and you have 9X...

When you ask system support questions like this, please add what OS you have and such.

Ok to save to Windows system is the same as saving anything else.
Click on file, save as, then click on save in and select c drive, then select windows then system name the file and click on save

just be careful as that folder holds data that is needed by your system alot. backup befor you do anything.
