By potatoes, I am assuming that you mean mashed potatoes. We usually include a dish with yams (or sweet potatoes) as well as the traditional mashed potatoes. Whether you include yams or not, your list is pretty comlete. I usually go with a salad and a relish tray for radishes, pickles (dill and sweet), green onions, olives (green and ripe), carrot sticks, celery, etc. Either way, you have listed enough to founder a fat man.

A brown & wild rice with mushrooms would top it off maybe! Just a thought! The menu looks good though!

I always add something with either sweet potatoes or squash.
(personally I prefer squash, and I usually make some kind of soufflé with it. Tons of recipes on the internet.)
The most traditional would be the sweet potato casserole.

with my family it would be sweet potatoes, maybe another meat either a ham or a brisket and they may even do a manicotti or lasagna.
