It depends on how much coffee vs how much chocolate you consume... ounce per ounce, coffee and dark chocolate ( the one that is best for your heart) are pretty close to the same. Milk chocolate is lower. But would you sit down and eat 6 oz of d.c. in one sitting as opposed to drinking 2 cups of coffee? I could... :)
It is amazing how many people have inaccurate information?!? See the chart below or go to the listed web site and you can calculate your caffeine intake:
Happy Thanksgiving!

According to Gerry Roe of Food Safe course the caffeine in chocolate or coffee is about equal thou' of course caffeine has a little more. however chocolate is better for you.. strengthens your heart muscles!
I have however seen in Health food stores Chocolate in pkgs on label says Caffeine removed! That stuff tastes like it has the flavour removed too! Coke has more caffeine than coffee or Chocolate (except the Caffeine free Coke which tastes more like pepsi than Coke)!
Why not have a cup of Psychoatria Nervosa
now this morning to wake up? I told U before what that is!

LOL I severely craved chocolate when I was once pregnant with all three of my children, and that i answered the decision of the craving!!! It is thoroughly average! I'm nonetheless looking for anybody that craved the ancient "pickles and ice cream thing" (ewww!) All chocolate has caffeine in it to a couple degree... It is alright to devour chocolate in minimal to average quantities even as being pregnant - just watch how so much you eat and how a lot different caffeine merchandise you absorb throughout the day... Excellent luck with the cravings and on your new youngster!!!

coffee.
chocalate actuelly comes from the coco tree.
Back then it origanally didn't have all the stuff in it today.
Then it was just chocolate off coco tree.
Now it has potassium blah blah blah blah blah...
BUt coffee is made from hot water poured on coffee grounds.(coffee beans mashed up.)
And iof chocolate has any it is all from added things.
also cofffe is almost number 1 most caffine resource of world.
Chocolate also has some caffine.
But drinking alot of coffee is good for you.
Eating lot of chocolate can give u zits and can heal your heart damage faster.
And is also good for it and makes it stronger.
