First of all, if this is happening, you are not healthy. This could be a number of things, blood pressure, cholestorol, dehydration, but you definitly need to see a doctor.

It's called Orthostatic Hypotension, and I suffer from it as well. Basically after you've been laying down for 8 - 10 hours or so, your blood pools to your back, and as you get up it quickly drains to your legs, without enough time for your autonomic system to stabilize the blood. This causes the blurry vision, and generally a weird feeling in your head as well (or at least for me), and occasionally a loss of balance. Afterwards the autonomic system restabilizes your blood pressure. It's nothing serious really, but you may want to still see a doctor.

This is almost certainly due to postural hypotension. Everyone has a small drop in blood pressure when they stand but for some people the change is sufficient to cause symptoms as in your case. The only risk is injury due to faint. Most everyone has gotten up too quickly and experienced this and I remember fainting once when I was a teenager due to this. If you are having symptoms and fainting please see a physician as there are medications for this.

If you are only 14 you should tell your parents about it and they will most likely have you see a doctor. Even at your age it could be related to blood pressure but only a proper doctor's diagnosis would tell you for sure.

As you can see from the above answers, there is a lot of things that this could be. All of them needing a doctors attention. Please talk to your parents and tell them what is going on and that you need to see a doctor. If you don't tell them, they don't know.

Low blood pressure or low blood sugar. You could be diabetic or hypoglycemic. Do you feel weak also? Are you starving yourself?
