Man ordered the killing of babies. God did not.
God once ordered a prophet to kill his own son as a sacrifice to him, and had to reverse the order once God saw that the prophet was actually going to kill his own son. God realized that mankind was stupid in blind faith and vowed to never issue stupid orders like that again.

NO! You need to read your Bible - there were actually two instances like this in the Bible 1st King Herod sent out soliders to kill all the babies that were recently born looking to kill baby Jesus. Then the Pharaoh sent out soliders to kill all children 2years and younger because he was trying to kill Moses...

No, that was Pharoah because the Hebrew people were too numerous, and Herod, because he knew that the King would be born a baby, and he had all of the firstborn males killed. However, Moses and Jesus made it.

did plague the egyptians with the death of the first born of all familys. some babies undoubtedly died. the jews were released in the book of exodus, because of the plagues god visited upon them due to pharoahs keeping them as labor. innocent egyptians babies died because of this. if you believe the bible.

yes he made one of his disciples sacrifice his baby to see if he would listen to his word at the end he spared the babys life but none the less god did tell him to kill his baby
