Right honey......you obviously have the most wonderful imagination...Aero Cheesecake..what a plan...so...i have the skills...lets make cake........
6 oz crushed digestive biscuits
3 oz melted butter
1bar of Aero...(the small flat kind)
melt the butter and Aero in a Bain Marie (or a bowl over a pan of boiling water) and mix in the biscuit..pop into a baking tray (pre greased) and dont press it down to tightly! (its more of a spread than a press.) You'll never be able to cut it if you do....place in fridge while you make the filling..........
2 small flat bars of aero
8 oz of philedelphia full fat cream cheese
1/4 pint of double cream
2 egg whites
Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff...adding a spoon or two of sugar may help.....fold in the cream cheese.......then put to one side
Melt the Areo in the bain marie then once melted whisk in the cream
Fold the Cream/Aero mix into the egg mix
Pour on top of the biscuit base and pop in the fridge for an hour
If you so choose you can hold back a little of the Areo mix and rewarm it when the cheesecake has cooled......then drizzle it on the top posibly with a few chunks of Aero
Having never made this before....it should work in theory but if you want to let me know how it was if you make one...i'd be thrilled to find out........also i think this recipie would work equally well with Nutella
Ps i take NO responsibility for the calorie count!!! ENJOY

No but why not adapt the cheesecake recipe and add the Aero, might be a bit well kind of over sickly how much sheer indulgence can one person take without rushing for the toilet!
If you find the solution patent the idea and become famous.
Good Luck

it depends where you want the aero... if you do the normal cheesecake thing and then slap a load of aero chocolate bars on top I think that would be good.... getting the bubbles in the chocolate after melting it down would be hard!

Surely that would just be chocolate cheesecake?? How can you tell it's Aero once it's been cooked?
